I am a strategic thinker, senior copywriter, trained Times journalist and content and social media strategist. I have excellent people management skills and am first-class communicator with fourteen years experience working across a plethora of brands and websites with the ability to influence leadership and drive change.
Over the past five years I have specialised in Content Strategy and UX. For me this entails really getting under the skin of content and understanding audience needs. After all, a brand is nothing without its content, so making the most of content is critical to every brand's success.
I do this by reviewing current content, writing governance and content strategy guidelines, or tone of voice and social media recommendations, as well as holding writing workshops for my clients.
